After a long working history as a unique conceptual designer and marketing consultant for a number of reputable builders, I established my own business with the objective of creating a small, but reputable organization with the professional skills and expertise to help clients to turn their dream into reality, by designing and constructing a quality home that will have a personality for all time.

Founded in 1986 I had one over-riding commitment to create superbly designed, fine quality home for Western Australia’s discerning home buyer, Max Spiccia Homes developed a strong foundation with a reputation as a creative and respectable builder that provided a total solution to their client needs.

My objective was to consistently exceed the expectations of my clients by going the “extra mile” by providing excellent service.

This reputation as a market leader in the design and construction of quality luxury homes is attested by the many consecutive prestigious “Home if the Year” awards which Max Spiccia Homes won for building excellence, including the highest honour of, Home of the Year Golden Key Award.

Probably the feature which delighted the clients of Max Spiccia Homes most was the attention to detail during the design and construction phase.  This was a task that I personally fulfilled and preferred not to delegate.  Many hours were spent patiently sitting alongside each client, listening to their needs and getting a feel for their deepest hopes and aspirations for their home.

I continued to work with the client through each stage of the planning, design and building process to ensure meticulous attention is given to providing absolute satisfaction to the client.

In 2001, I along with Partners, established an independent investment range of companies to service the mining, industrial, commercial and building industries including but not limited to air-conditioning systems design, sales installation and service, electrical systems design and installation, specialised wireless and standard communications systems, and also wine production and distribution.

In 2018, I relocated to Albany and entered the Real Estate industry, an opportunity which has allowed me to bring my business accruement, passion, reputation and integrity to Albany’s Real Estate sector.  Along with these qualities and more, I will always strive to provide dedicated personal service, client satisfaction and be someone that is caring and willing to work with my clients to achieve their Real Estate goals.
